A Message from the Owner
Welcome to Oka-san’s House TOMO. Nearly 20 years ago, this home in Kamikitazawa—where two women from the Meiji era once taught English and piano—became a community space. Today, children and people of all ages gather here, creating warm connections across generations. I hope to share these special moments with many people.

My work in intergenerational exchange and community building has led to lectures at the University of Tokyo, Taisho University, Hosei University, and other institutions. Drawing on 18 years of experience, I share practical ideas for creating communities where people of all generations can naturally connect.
